Shoulder Roll Exercise

Sit or stand up tall. If standing, have your feet about shoulder-width apart.

  • Shrug your shoulders up toward your ears, then slowly roll them back, then down, and then forward in a smooth, circular motion.
  • Repeat ____ times. Then switch directions.

Note: Follow any special instructions you are given. If you feel pain, stop the exercise. If the pain continues after stopping, call your doctor.
